Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 April 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of hotpot.sh (the “Service”), operated by Interface Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Interface Labs Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. You can reach us at help@hotpot.sh.
2. The Service
hotpot.sh lets you describe an agent workflow or skill in plain text and returns generated files (pipelines, install instructions, documentation). You can iterate on those outputs, save them to a private workspace, publish them to a public profile, and share a generated result via a public link.
The Service is provided as-is. Model output is generated by third-party large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before using it in production.
3. Your account
Some features require an account (sign-in via email). You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorised access. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page; deletion is permanent and removes your account, your saved workspace items, and generations you own. Generations forked or remixed by other users belong to those users and are not deleted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
- Generate, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent any rate limits, safety filters, or access controls.
- Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive, phish, distribute malware, or conduct unauthorised access to systems you do not own.
- Scrape, resell, or relabel the Service or its outputs in bulk.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
5. Content and licensing
You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit. We claim no ownership of generated outputs you produce through the Service; subject to these Terms, you may use those outputs for any lawful purpose.
When you publish a generation to your public profile, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content via the Service, and to allow other users to remix or fork it while the generation is published.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit any content you provide and that your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Fees
The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will provide notice before applying charges to features you already use.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers (for example, large language model APIs, authentication, transactional email, and hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF GENERATED OUTPUTS.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interface Labs Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or creating risk for the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence where required by law.
